How does payment work?
Once you have set up your account, we set you up for automatic billing.
You will receive your invoices and receipts to your registered email account.
I have many properties, is there a discount?
Some of our clients have a few properties and some have over 150 short let properties.
We provide a corporate service and will be able to provide a discounted quote depending on your properties and requirements.
We provide a tailored linen, toiletries and cleaning package for companies with 5 properties or more.
What is the quality of the linen and towels?
We provide luxury hotel quality materials:
Premium linen: 220 thread count minimum - pure white and 100% cotton
Towels: 600GSM Minimum
Is there a cut off time for next day delivery?
We accept bookings up to 3:30pm the day before delivery. We also accept last minute bookings on the day (Subject to availability).
All deliveries come with real-time tracking and delivery notifications.
Can I get a delivery any day of the week?
Airlinen operates 7 days a week with a 90 minute delivery time slot.
You can place an order on your account for linen and towel hire, book a cleaning service, or purchase luxury toiletries and consumables to be delivered straight to your door with real time delivery notfications and driver tracking.
Can I speak to a person?
Yes, you will get a dedicated account manager as well as the ability to speak to a member of our operations team whenever you want, 7 days a week. You can even get answers to your questions via Whatsapp.
Are your cleaners professionally trained?
Our DBS checked cleaners are properly trained and experienced to ensure consistency and quality control you can rely on. Your property will be cleaned to a hotel standard ensuring your guests enjoy their stay.
Our cleaners will require a minimum of two hours per cleaning booking.
